Remaking the Mission Mode (or parts of it) might be possible, although all maps (some currently aren't ported) would be needed. If you are referring to The Simpsons: Hit & Run (which is probably the only thing you could be since those mods are already in English only), piracy discussion is against the rules of this website. You'll need to acquire a physical copy.

Are you using the English release of the game? Versions of the game that use other languages are usually incompatible with mod dialogue, leading to the issue that you've posted.

Technically you could, by modifying the game files. However, the hacks and features found in Lucas' Simpsons: Hit & Run Mod Launcher (as well as the many mods that rely on them) would not be usable. Additionally, the GameCube (maybe all console) versions have some odd and undocumented limitations.

You don't need to remove the "_m" from the actual P3D files' names. You need to remove it from the costumes' P3D filename references in rewards.mfk.

Interesting mod! I played through it earlier and enjoyed it. Just some issues: As has already been said, in a lot of stage messages and mission information text sections, the text is really long. So much so that it extends outside of the borders on the stage messages and clips through the "Continue"...
