A similar glitch has also been reported to happen in my L3M7 for the same reasons Loren mentioned above. We'll have to think of a way around that. Looking forward to the next Level honestly. Kind of hoping it's Principal Skinner trying to catch Bart and expel him, but Frink has potential too.

I initially started modding this game when I was first part of the team. I had actually remembered playing this game on the PlayStation 2 and really enjoyed it. I had never really played a GTA game, but I really loved SHAR regardless because of it's humor, it's much more "pick up and play" gameplay...

P3D Editor 4.0.3 is identical performance-wise in comparison to 4.0.2. It can't create Type 0 locators, and neither can it create Type 3 locators. You'd just have to copy them from an existing P3D by right clicking and selecting "Copy".

I believe I see the issue, though I can't confirm since I lack the P3D for the mission: The names of the locators seem to suggest that you're using a Type 0 locator for spawning a car. Type 0 locators should only be used for waypoints and collectible items. It simply doesn't work for spawning a car...
