I'm not quite sure if using Snake's mission icon to imply that he stole it really works. If the mod lacks a story and characters like Louie appear early on, and you're expected to steal cola from him, then when the only hint at who the thief could be is a mission icon, it doesn't really work. You are correct about the scrooby2 folder being useless. The game loads absolutely nothing from that folder, and it's filled to the brim with delicious unused/early content. There are some files in there that seem identical to some content the final game uses, but it never loads anything from there....

Seconding what Loren said, my Level 3 Challenge 3 mission (Survival of the Smartest) has 5 AI cars active at once, and they're all set to "chase". It seems the game doesn't mind 5 AI cars at once being active as long as they're all set to chase. Setting them to anything else from the best of my know...

1. This isn't possible. The character you play as for a Level is controlled by AddCharacter in the Level's leveli.mfk.
