I'm not quite sure if using Snake's mission icon to imply that he stole it really works. If the mod lacks a story and characters like Louie appear early on, and you're expected to steal cola from him, then when the only hint at who the thief could be is a mission icon, it doesn't really work. You are correct about the scrooby2 folder being useless. The game loads absolutely nothing from that folder, and it's filled to the brim with delicious unused/early content. There are some files in there that seem identical to some content the final game uses, but it never loads anything from there....

1. This isn't possible. The character you play as for a Level is controlled by AddCharacter in the Level's leveli.mfk. You change this to be a different character (such as Lisa Simpson by changing ""homer","homer"" to ""lisa","lisa""), but there isn't a way to change the character mid-objective. Sor...

While it's excellent you have a backup plan, the case with SetForcedCar not working though is definitely pretty odd, and should be addressed though in case you make another missions that requires the player to used a forced car.
